Refund policy

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused, security tag is still attached and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fiftyofflondon.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution,REFUND REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW, AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT THE REQUEST.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are not collected or controlled by Fiftyoff London. The recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.

Orders refused or undelivered due to the recipient’s failure or refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are not eligible for a refund.
